Neglegence of performance from the employee,

No consideration for higher responsibilities and salary structure adjustment even if the employee deserves.

if the employee gets married , during his work tenure and if he request for family contract conversion from single to.....family and it is ignored.

no annual raise or a very low raise.

There are multiple reasons which result in employee separation. Some of them are as follow:

1- Company polices

2- Low Remuneration

3- Lack of career development opportunities

4- Manager's behavior

5- Working hours
