there should be two groups with respect to employment1) Management/Employers2) Employees
Representatives of the groups to involve in bargaining.
-settlement arriving out of the discussions and bargaining between the representatives of the above two groups in a amicable manner for the mutual benefit of the both groups in order to avoid any future hassles.
-Collective bargaining is one of the important concept when comes to practice of labour laws and emphasised the same in, i think convention no.89 of ILO if my memory goes right. otherwise just ignore the convention no.
-To respect each other .
