What are the basic conditions for a real collective bargaining?

there should be two groups with respect to employment1) Management/Employers2) Employees

Representatives of the groups to involve in bargaining.

-settlement arriving out of the discussions and bargaining between the representatives of the above two groups in a amicable manner for the mutual benefit of the both groups in order to avoid any future hassles.

-Collective bargaining is one of the important concept when comes to practice of labour laws and emphasised the same in, i think convention no.89 of ILO if my memory goes right. otherwise just ignore the convention no.

-To respect each other .

- To focus on the core points.

- To give others the chance to speak.

Typical issues on the bargaining agenda include wages, working time, training, occupational health and safety and equal treatment. The objective of these negotiations is to arrive at a collective agreement that regulates terms and conditions of employment.
