From the lender's point of view, what is a good business ?

A good business is one which:

1. Foremost, an entity which can meet its financial obligations

2. Entity with good management, good financial performance and with good future prospects

3. An entity which maintains financial discipline as well as maintains appropriate relationship with all stakeholders

 

The list goes on but this I find to be the most important.

 

I agree with Mr. Sai and if I may add one point which is the social responsibility (which he included in point number3 in general). I believe that focusing in social responsibility is crucial nowadays with the new media and with our youth being exposed to the activities of multinational companies abroad.
