Does civil engineering have demand and job opportunities in the middle east?

Not all middle east states are offering an opportunities in civil engineering areas or any area , but you can find your chance essentially in the arab gulf countries then in Jordan and egypt or perhaps in Iraq particularly in oil and gas careers.
