How does international applicants outside Europe be interviewed and be hired?

Dear, my opinion is, for international applicant interviews should do via Skype or any other video calling messenger, when candidate satisfied you then give opportunity but most important is to give chance at least six to eight months because adjustment with new placement is more difficult and takes time but once adjust then it will beneficial for Organization. Hello. Usually Skype interviews are conducted and before that every country will have a authorized recruiter who forward all relevant and necessary documents to Europe. Even Embassies to do conduct interviews

through internet webcam ( skybe or Facebook or any chat program )

then they can make invite to try them then can hiring them
