To achieved the double target with the same resources, first we will conduct a planning and coordination meeting of all team (A to Z ) in order to appreciate their previous work and then discuss the next target logically that why we need to achieve this target and also offer them some extra allowance or reward for encouragement also develop action plan. After this during the process the Big Boss or Team Leader also must need to spent most of their time with their team to realized their team the need and importance of the special task and team facilitation during the whole process(facilitation in kind of guidance or technical support, timely refreshment management and other logistic support etc ). At the end of the each day must need to look the work done critically for further improvement and also record the daily progress positively.
