well, i can apply my HR professional knowledge in law implementation with the integration of safety and security through constant updates of the happenings in the world today that deals with labor and human resources. For we all know that the most valuable force now a days in our world is the work force; these are our employees, we rely to them in terms of quality works and vice versa they rely on us in terms of their wages. so in order to have safety and security we should be able to give to them what is necessary for them provided that they are also doing what is expected of them...If there is a mutual understanding between the employer and employee well i guess safety then is achieved and security for both is served.
