It is not smarter or not, but clients need smart sellers to identify their needs and convince them that he/she can fulfill it.

I think No because seller have more convincing power which generally we do in the market and then customer come to know that he has actually sold me the product which didn't want. But in all cases it is not compulsory many buyers are also now very intelligent but only sellers make them smarter by calling them.

It cannot be answered in generic terms...its quite relative and very much depends on individuals. But if the buyer is not well informed on what he wants to buy then the seller can out smart him

its not like that

every one smart but the best if client can take more service with low cost from selling person

and also best when selling person sold poor item with high price to customer and make him happy to get with that amount

Well there are smart sellers as well as smart buyers. It varies from case to case who is smarter at one particular time. A smart seller is the one who will be able to create artificial demand in the customer's mind ultimately resulting in sales. A smart buyer will prove your product is not worth purchasing.
