What are the best advices that candidates can have to get a job in the desired company?

Don't lie in your CV about your skills and experience, at some stage of recruitment process it will show.It is better to get rejected due to lack of experience but have a chance to re-apply, let's say, a year after, rather than be caught lying.I would also recommend the candidate to do a research on a company, to make sure you can actually explain why you want a position there, not anywhere else.Answers like "because it's a big international company" are too much of a cliche already:)

I Can say To know more about the organisation, like what they are into, what they do and their Motto. Mainly you shoud have the urge to learn about

1.Make sure your skills and experience are relevant to the postion you are applying for .

2. Do a reserch study about your prospecive employer/company  is much as possible and see how you can be a solution to some of the problems the company might be facing.

3. Prepare for your interview ,be confident ,charming and elequent.

From my experience, I know that you will fail for sure, even if you have a WASTAH, because all other interviewees, for sure, will have similar skills or probably better.The 1st question that comes to my mind as an HR director is what added value the new employee will add to my the company.If I find in the interview that you have a new solid project's idea that will add  revenue to our company, then you are hired on spot regardless of the nature of the project.We only pay for people who think before they come, and we do not hire the ones who think after they are hired, period.Make Duaa
