First i have to insure that nobody want help by make acceptable and clear plan with clear goal and should highlight the benefits not only for you but for all parties and communicate ,
Communicate the situation with the top management to get other support,
finally if that all not assist to get others support , you have work independently and carefully step by step and each step you have to align the top management which may give you support
Finally Never give up :)

Yo have to deal with it by any means. working in critical situation will boost your ability and knowledge to accomplish anything.
Cope with workforce mentality and approach in a positive advisble way forward
Put your maximum efforts to do the task be confident belive in yourself. later coordinate with top management if they too not help better to quit
First of all you must to be made listened. it's not necessary somebody to help you. Coming with valuable and realistic arguments you can solve any delicaate situation.
i do not think ever that any body will come to help me. i always be ready to face the challenges how kind of challenge come to me i never confused with confidence of my self i can face all challenges easily with my nice smile and goal plans.
God helps those who help themselves. so any situation comes to you try to find solution with patience instead of getting panic. Because the word IMPOSSIBLE means I'M POSSIBLE.
