you should know whay no appreciating, it might be the propsel of the team will not solve the problem from the management point of you

I have to investigate the case further and find out why my management do no appreciate that solution? If I was convinced with those issues from management, then I will ask my team members to try another solution.
I will re-examine the problem and solution provided by my team and see why it could not have the best solution. If I feel it is the best solution can be provided for the given problem, than I will check with the management for their opinion and feedback, why the solution provided was not accepted or appreciated. Cause at times solution provided may be the best for sure, but there may be other reasons for not appreciating it. Getting to know about it will help. Thanks.
