well, through this moment i have two options :

1- internal transfer (inside the company ) if i find vacancies in any section  i will transfer to it .

2- find other company that it's need my experiences 

all this steps i do it before they leave me , otherwise if they change the decision i will be in save side from the pressure

Why bother?  If you are in fact competent, go somewhere you will be appreciated.  If you are not competent, why not quit and go to do something you are good at.

 

If things haven't yet reached that stage, then you need to fix the problem, whatever it is.  It may be you, something to do with the team, or something to do with communication.  It may also be politics.

you need to check how did you do your job? what were the mistakes in decision or timing for your directions. check your strength and weakness and area of improvements.

At first you must know the reasons of this performance ,and change it to the best or allow the place for the others
