This is very important question as large set of established companies are running with poor management system and without adequate standard operating systems. Resultantly, it is challenging for the Employee to pursue long term career in effective manner.

 

There are few tips for comfortable journey in a company with poor management systems.

 

1. Keep positive attitudes towards assignments irrespective of the fact they are difficult to meet with in a short frame of time.

2.Keep good relations with each employee even tea boys, receptionist and peons.

3. don't back bite

4.In case of fault, doesn't get defensive and doesn't blame others

5. Counsel the colleagues those are frustrated from the system.

If you have the authority to implement a functional management system, then there is hope, if you can't, it is rather difficult to work in such an environment.

In this case, the best solution is to come up with an exit strategy from that work environment and get out of there. Because it is not only dysfunctional environment only it is affecting you as well and your work experience and your career path.

It is difficult to work in this environment because it does not add to you any new experiences It is better to look for another job

Good governance and avoid excess expenses

Work to improve product quality in order to avoid the loss of customers

Austerity and taking into account the worker's right at the same time

Overwork redundant expenses ..... sacrifice
