By being PERCEPTIVE in understanding and fulfilling customers’ needs before he asks - which in time will give him the confidence and trust on you and ultimately give him more time to think about other aspects of his business.

Let's face the truth...
customers want you to 'wow' them rather than make them feel 'happy'.
You have to 'know your customer' thoroughly to do this.
We do this rather well at the prospecting/sales stage.
Sadly, we forget to maintain the relationship after the sale is completed.
This is an indispensable part of the customer experience journey if you want to keep your clients/customers coming back for more.
