Which management is the most challenging - Man Management , Machine Management or Material Management and why ?

 Man management is one of the toughest task. Many man many mind. Material and machine management are usually concerned with quantities, fixed processes and predictable happenings.  While human behavior is more unpredictable.

Men, Money, Machine and Material are to be managed by Men alone. Men alone has emotion among these. Management of emotion of self and others are challenging one. Therefore among these, Man Management is most challengeing one.

Of course man management. Material and machine management are usually concerned with quantities, fixed processes and predictable happenings.  While human behavior is more unpredictable. The more you think you started to understand people behavior, the more you begin the realize that you don't understand anymore. 

I think man management is the most challenging task in an organization because be cause team members are of different mentality , skill level & knowledge level also might be different which cause difficulty in chasing towards the same objective.

In my opinion MAN Power Management is the most challenging and difficult job. Because, the mentalities, skills and approach of all the people are different and it requires your own skills to create a bonding among all for smooth operations.Each member of a team is important and so should contribute to team functioning optimally. 

man management, ofcourse, machines or materials can be managed any time its just cost you have to pay and you get the possession. but in case of manpower, workers or personnel, you first need to find the guy with exact skills, you have to keep him stick with you, sometimes envirnment doesnt suits someone and leave. some times he go to some other job. so this is the toughest thing to manage manpower. 

Man management is more challenging when compared to managing things like machine or material.

cause things does not have brain's where as the other case in people. so man management is challenging when compared to managing things:-)

Machine management is the most challenging because if you fail the arrangement of the machine it wiil affect the production. example; if you effect three-four machines in the same place, it will make people redundant, fuel wastage and time wastage even it might course accident.

By far man management is more challenging task when compared to the material or machine.

Man is bound to deal with different qualities and attitudes of people around, it is obviously challenging to deal with.
