If the Organisation certified ISO, then all documentation related to role, reporting method, process etc., must be available pertaining to the position you are appointmented. This is more than enough for self learning.
Beyond everything, if you are good to accept everyone in the team as they are, they will come forward whole-heartedly to assist/guide you to settledown ASAP.
By looking into the history documents and all cases and issues related, also get short notice about any problem that faced others and the steps for solving it. Start to work on a small case at first and try to do your best then you can start your career from there .
