If the customer abuses you at your office , what reaction would you take immediately ?

You need to be straight forward that that is not the way of dealing you can also just, hearing the abuse, leave the conversation or just become quiet. Than afterwards you can file a complaint. In females scenario if they are abused they must file a complaint.

first and foremost I would calm and quiet myself and once he is cool down, I would like to analyze I would have to accept my mistake if there is something wrong in my part, otherwise I would make him know that it is not the way of behavior especially when you are at wrong and make him know his mistake and realize.

in that case, i would not take any action, however i will let him/her to cool down. a minutes after im gonna ask the person why he/she act like in a very rude manner.
