What problems do you face when working with offshore freelancers?

There are several problems but I highlight some.

1. Communication (perhaps the biggest issue when working with offshore freelancers).

2. Skill level (you cannot easily judge the skill level of freelancer you hired).

3. Project requirement (cannot be explained easily or say it's difficult to explain various small requirements in depth).

4. Time differences (assuming time difference exist).

5. The freelance trend (The freelance trend and many websites made it easy for everyone to get in freelance business, you will find hundred of workers to do your work which makes it difficult for employers to find quality workers and for quality workers to find work).

6. Cheap cost, low quality (In freelance working model it is easy to find cheap working cost but does that guarantee high quality work ?).

7. Monitoring project progress and supervision (Since the employee is not in direct contact, the employer cannot follow project progress thoroughly).
