thats a good question as we all passed by that , i think the ideal one is giving them a good example for a lot of Students who have been in this school and now what have been and the job they are in , in order to let all students as long you study hard you will be one of them but even may be more thats for the good students but for the bad you have to mention as well the punshiment for those in order if any one will try to follow them , they will get the same punshiment as well.
