What is the best way to increase your customers loyalty?

many customers are really unsatisfied with the service provided and are willing to move to an other provider....what should you do to give them back that confidence to rely on your service?

Introducing Loyalty Card is the best way to attract the customers back to the shops. Further, setting up point system so the can claim benefit depends upon their expenditure. For example, I worked at the shop which was a Turkish style Kebab shop and customers were given an option claim a free kebab after10 purchases of kebabs. 

In a same way, with any retail shop, you can request customers to register with you and provide them extra benefits after certain purchasing amount or points.
