Communication is a two way stream. You can focus on developing your communiction skills by first knowing who are your audiance. Based on this you choose the way to tell them the story and in what way your going to do it. I'm saying a story because you need to think of it as a story that has a beginning, body, and ending. Every story has its own way of telling and its on way to get the reader hocked. So, know your audiance, plan your speach, and practice.
