I think, if i try selling my product without emphasizing on marketing... unknowingly, i would be using marketing tools any way... (whatever i do would be part of one of the marketing tools)... However, if i manage to make-do, i would certainly not be able to capture reasonable market share. Thank you Mohammad Adeel for your invitation

Thank you for your invite. As per my experience it is not impossible to sell but it is difficult to capture reasonable market share without marketing in the present competitive era. All I can think of is, if you are located in a very small country or selling prohibited goods only then you can think of reasonable market share without marketing.

It depends on the nature of your product, not all products are the same and neither is the method of marketing. Unless you come up with some thing very unique, you will face hard time penetrating the existing market. As an example take HTC vs Samsung in the phone department, both make great phones but there is a massive difference in their advertising budgets which does translate into more sales for Samsung at the end of the day, depending on your product it is possible to sell the product or service without marketing but you will face tough competition and unless you are free lancing its hard for a business to survive as not many businesses have funds to sustain themselves for long without selling anything and waiting for their product or service to get Viral.

It is possible but highly improbable as marketing helps bring awareness to its audience of the nature and description of its product. Marketing can help reach consumers  through several mediums and forms whether it is through television or a magazine. It is integral in delivering an important message to consumers providing a solution to them using the4  Ps: Price, Product, Promotion, Place.

Some brands can (Rolex, rolls Royce ext..) some brands cannot (Samsung, Volkswagen Ext...) there are many circumstances that should be taken into consideration.          Thank You.
