How do productive people make every working day more productive?

Well i believe there needs to be list of your task.....or may be some yoga ....or may be80 /20 rule for your to do list...!!!!

I believe that is nothing better than scheduling your day....you must know how to arrange your time....early in the morning think and at noon do.....

I also believe .....that first thing that you shouldn't do in the morning is checking your emails....because if you check your emails then there may be negetive /demotivating emails which would have major impact on your day.....
  so rather have a good breakfest , few bits of excercise......few preparations on important work ...and then go and dig out your emails.....
And no doubt doing or attempting to do all your important work before lunch ...is one of the qualities that productive people have

Harness your productivity by taking note of these eight things: Create a smaller to-do list.
Take breaks.
Follow the80/20 rule.
Start your day by focusing on yourself.
Take on harder tasks earlier in the day.
Pick up the phone.
Create a system.
Don’t confuse productivity with laziness.
