You must to move on your given limits, If your manager is exist you can ask him for more limits and get a confirmation from him.
Note: Respect the company's policy is how your customer will respect the company and respect you.
Go against the company's policy is wrong, And usually affects negative things.
Be noted that the customer before dealing with your company he may read the policy and accept it, So there's no way to respect all the policy points.

You are a brand embassador for your company, and your company is an institution which you should respect.
In first place you shouldn't even think of presenting to the client a solution that is not in the company's policy as this could bring prejudice for the both paties. (specially yourself)
However you can take the initiative to create new ideas that could enhance the policy/company and present it to the higher management. This can show your pro-activeness/loyalty and professionalism to the company.
- analyse first this solution carefully, don't present to the client this solution without knowing it's consequences towards customer, the comapny and yourself.
- Take the initiative to make a detailed analysis and presentation to your superiors/management with the benefits, features and advantages of this solution.
If accepted and implemented, great for you and good job! if not don't give up in what you are doing, and continue to always innovate, as it will bring you in the future the return in your hard work and efforts.
Now if the solutions are good and not accepted, and your company does not want to take your ideas in consideration, and do not strive for improvement, or give you credit for your efforts, I would advise you to move towards one that will make you grow and succeed in your career and not to limit yourself to non-growth.

nevertheless most of the company policies are bendable, find a solution by simply getting a cue from the customer. Even the roughest time there still always a way, just focus and listen to every detail that the customer is complaining about that will will be your cue. Just bear in mind never say i can not do it to a irate person, do a rapport in the situation.
Never Ever solve any problem against my company(my self), any where try to solve it on alternative way, if the customer need to make bad image against my company ,if the case need we can Dismiss his service
If the solution is against the company policy and producer, the first thing to do is follow the company policy next would be to see if this policy effects a larger number of customers which means it will effect the company in the long run, the best thing at that point will to show your finds and alternative method for this problem to your superiors.

Hence consistency in customer care and delivery on customer service is essential as per company's policy and code of conduct. Clients with integrity and business ethics will surely respect and admire that.

must not break the company policy.there is always a lite space of negotiations even in policies and procedures of almost all the companies.Meanwhile understand the customer politely and let him negotiate with the policy and solution.At most occasions customer negotiate in the end.

Finding solution for customer when this solution is out of company policy is very hard.
First at all I had to be prepared to explain to management team above me why I had to do that. In such a case I must have valid data-information (facts) that will show benefits-loses to company policy and work if I use this solution.
After I "prepare for battle" with my managers, I ask for a meeting explaining reasons for that.
If I got approval for that, organize meeting and "do the job" hoping my facts will make approval from top management.
If I do not get approval, then this case is closed for next....At first place is obeying company policies.
On a first place and never to forget: Do it written. TO have tracking data for everything was done. Maybe someday somebody will call yor name for that problem and be marked as person who didn;t wanted to solve that problem. When you have written data and facts that you did your best but was stopped from above management level, then they should look in a problem above, not in you. I did my work correct, find a solution, presented to my employers (managers), get denied for it, job is done....
In case you got approval, good luck to proove in real life you were right for your decision.
