Definitely, customer care is the most important thing for any organization, irrespective of the size of an organization because it's customer only who is the final consumer of any product or service. And the organization grows only when customer is cared and satisfied. Anyhow the ultimate goal of a product or service is to satisfy the one whom we sell it, and that is customer....

It is imperative to build long lasting relationships with one's customers whom without, there would be no business.  An organisation should be willing to take all feedback good and bad and improve where necessary.  Without happy and satisfied customers, there will be no buisness.
