We have weekly and twice daily report of my contruction supervisor, If there any delay of works onsite we will reported for that issues, cause of delay works ,,,
- delay the materials
- lock of manpower
- delay of issuing MEP Clearance
- and others issues
To avoid the delay I inform the contructor to take corrective action as soon as possible in hour only , If the contractor no response I call/coordinate urgently to my CS the issues. in any issues... Shall be required everyday Monitoring / Surveillance and daily Visit on site.
