Is a comfortable working environment more important, or a good salary? Why?

Comfortable working enviroment is more important than a good salary becuase longe time career can be build in the healthy enviroment and high salary can achieved with seniority and work performance.

Comfortable working environment is important.
Because when you are comfortable at work you will be able to think properly which will increace the productivity of the company as well as yourself.
When you are productive for the company, money will follow.
Also you will have peace of mind, which in turn wont give trouble to your personal life.
If your not comfortable at work, you will be carrying the work tension home, which will effect your personal life.

Hi - Individual's choice, some people consider salary more thn than the congenial environment, i think both should be take in to consideration before joining company, we spen most of time in office so it is mandatory to have healthy and enjoyable environment at work, good salary is important coz money is important to live life peacefully fulfilling our life's requirement......

For me personally I think comfortable work environment is more important than the salary, the conformable work environment will help you give110% of efforts, contribution and creativity in delivering quality of work and these are the things will help you to develop your career within the company and get some advancement opportunities and definitely more income and high salary.

لأنه عندما اكون مرتاحا في العمل سوف اكون قادرة على التفكير السليم والذي يؤدي اتخاذ القرار السليم وبتالي يؤدي الى تقدم الشركة وبالتالي الى تقدمي واكتساب الخبرة  التي سوف تساعدك على تطوير حياتك المهنية 

ثاني انا معظم الزمني في العمل فلا بد من راحة البال لكي لا تؤثر على حياتي المعيشية 

It has to be a combination of both - a nice working environment is good business, however, poor wages will not make the worker happy - get the balance right

a comfortable working environment is more important than a good salary because I need my mind headache free :) It's better for me and for my job to work in a good environment
