The human brain’s power could rival any machine. And now scientists are trying to build one using the world’s most powerful computer.

It is intended to combine all the information so far uncovered about its mysterious workings - and replicate them on a screen, right down to the level of individual cells and molecules.

If it works it could be revolutionary for understanding devastating neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, and even shedding light into how we think, and make decisions.

If we narrow this to only calculations then the Computer will definitely prevail.
Humans can go head to head with computers when it's simple arithmetic such as 55 + 45 = 100.
However when things get more complicated humans stand no chance.
It's more interesting when we pit computers against humans in games such as chess.
I believe that when a game requires lots of moves but with less different patterns or possibilities such as (checkers and reversi) a computer will win.
However when a game requires adaptation and intuition or in other words many more possible outcomes (such as Go!) then humans generally win.

Human being is the one who make the computers.
But sure it will depend on the person mind and his cleaver, It's vary from person to person.
Someone can solve logic issue faster than someone else, And this someone else can solve a mathematics question faster than the logic's one.

First : Even if a computer can calculate at fantastic speeds, this does not necessarily mean that it is smarter than us.
They will still lack the necessary software and programming to make everything work.
Second : A computer might be able to create a copy of itself with more memory and processing ability by simply upgrading and adding more chips.
But does this mean the copy is smarter, or just faster… Third : There will never be a ‘big bang,’ when machines suddenly become conscious…there is a spectrum of consciousness.
Machines will slowly climb up this scale.

Yes , because human brain makes a computer, not a computer make a human brain.

Of course not ..
we can create something that can calculate for us ..
bu we can't calculate as fast as a computer for sure ..

Computer as said will always depend on human efforts for its functioning. It receives signals in which it acted upon from human being which indicates that regardless of the complexity components of computer, human brain is still the superior

Few people can do it of course, Such as autism or super intelligent people.
But only for caculations, not the complicated formulas.
