Do you think that the warehouse manager with enough experience can become eligible to be a distribution manager and director of procurement?

It is depend upon on the credential, training , seminar or course graduated in college he/she have it, and if capable why not. The line of experience in managerial position is one of the key of her/his experience to make the knowledge make it grow and better in the line or to promote as a Distribution Manager or Director of Procurement.

Yes. He or she can become either of the two. Because, he work with puchasing and account department.so he must have experience on how to.buy good and sevices. Moreover,he is the person that responsible for the ougoing and incoming good.before the procurment department. He also,can become .distributor director.because ,if he did not sign your invoice.you going noway.with your goods

Yes of course. If you could gain the right set of knowledge and expertise in the field required the position should not be difficult to handle. As we all learn something new everyday. and at times you don't have to have worked in the position to get the position....
