@Mohammed Borham: Thanks for your answer. If you were/are already involved implementing BIM in a project, I'd like to hear more about the challenges part, looking at both internal (inside your company) as well as external (client, consultants, subcontractors, etc.) challenges.
The top benefits are reducing time, cost & clashes in the project to their minimum. The top challenges are keeping all disciplines coordinated & reported to the client in the same time.
