Is a well Educated person is better than Experienced person?

There is no word answer to this question. It would be best to be both. However, a well educated person would be ideal if their well received education has got to do with the task at hand. It would be great if a well eduacted person has the will to do the job at hand. On the other hand if the expereinced person is performing to the maximum expected output, What would be well educated good for? There is a lot at stake with regards to this question.  

Undoubtedly Well educated person is better than experienced person.

Education only not sufficient. Experience makes person always better .

if we have the interest and capability we can learn anything through good training adn experience

Sometimes knowledge is lose from our mind but experience can't.

experienced person sometimes they're more aggressive, professionals and skills then educated person.

Well Educated person are more stuck up and costly to deal with.

Education may help to understand the concept and perspective of life and situations. While experience teaches you to practicality of the life and situations. Education is directive or guidance but experience is all about practical way to deal with different situations. 

Yes well educated person is better than experienced person  in a number of ways, e.g. he learns more quickly than ordinary person and well educated person may get  knowledge in one year which ordinary person has got in ten years. M. Shakeel Mughal  

 

Education is the foundation of gaining knowledge of a particular field, but experience is the best teacher as it involves real life situations. Being well educated is not a bad thing, provided, you gain experience (which is the real knowledge or the first hand knowledge). We can see so many people who has achieved the highest education but they are unable to deal with the real life situation due to lack of knowledge which cannot be gained from books as it requires common sense.
