How does your company help you develop into a better professional? What can be done differently?

A sensitive yet a very pertinent topic, which mostly know one talks about.

A relationship between an employee and an employer is not merely a financial transaction, but a relationship. It goes both ways. But for a company it is more vital, therfore for the company to succeed and have a higher loyalty amongst employees and more importantly a much more professional and profitable aprroach would be to invest in employees by ensuring they are adequately trained, and from time to time get to uograde their skils, this will always foster an enviroenment of mutual growth and development

I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for showing  interest on me.With respect of my profession, I wish to acknowledge for the support I got from my company up to this juncture.The noted value added is because that: 

• I was allowed to attend various professional courses and workshops which  gave me enough knowledge and exposure.
• I was allowed to participate in various initiatives such as preparation of various policies ,manuals,strategic planning, risk management,re-reengineering business intelligence.
• I was given various opportunity to head departments such as Finance and Adm services, Internal Audit and Treasury operations.  

For the betterment of my profession the SWOC analysis i.e Strength, Weakness,Opportunity and challenges shall be the main issue.Therefore, capacity building is inevitable.
