As i experienced, Bayt is not directly contacting candidates for interview, they just play an intermediary role and forward your applications in a way that helps employer in their searching criteria.

Once you shortlisted by employer, they will contact you directly and schedule the interview. Employer may also held a brief telephonic interview with you before scheduling any formal in person interview.
