What is the biggest challenge you have faced on the job and how did you handle it?

Challenges have to be faced everyday.

On a project based position i usually face budget problem and are suggested to accomplish the project with efficiency. and human problems are very common.

The most critical situation I have ever been through was to deal with violent strike during the revolution period in egypt. i have found that i had to accept all the demands and plain to turn the table once again to get back to the previous situation. labours asked for salary increase and we accepted but with percentage10% for total Maximum. and after two months with rumors that the company facing financial problems and it gonna be closed for a while. so through the third month we started to fire heads of violence strike and gave all employees one week leave because we study down size or the organization going to close for a while. and when the employees got back to work we gave them the choose to leave through organization close down for a while maybe more than months or decrease their salaries for2 months till we study the situation. so we managed that the last increase will be2% of total salary.

I look at every job I take as the biggest challenge. That motivates me to reach a better performance

The biggest challenge is to keep your performance even n smooth.................. It needs a lot of commitment and determination that comes with experience provided you have the flair to really do it............. 

My apposition grows as fast as leaves on tree,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,because i suggest, dislike liars, hate hypocrites and speak the truth.

I had to make a decision on behalf of my team which they did not understand and support. I then had to break it down and explain in terms they would understand

As fresher, I have never done a job  but I am ready to face if possibe
