Hi Ishaq,   It is extremely important to hire the Right Person for the Right Job at the Right Time:   - The selection process has to be thorough and well planned so as screen/interview atleast10 candidates for each position before selecting and hiring the most suitable candidate for that job.
- Each position must be filled well within time so that the selected candidate can undergo a thorough training before contributing to his/her department.

The importance of recruiing a right person at the right time for the right job can be evaluated from the following facts: 1) it helps reduce cost related to the recruitment process as we do not have to re-recruit for the same position if the person is not a match.
2) Reduction in wastage of organizations resources that will occure otherwise.
3) Lower training expenses.
4) Helps maintain / iprove quality of services and products.
5) Helps save precious time of the organization by meeting the targets/Projects in timely manner.
there are so many others, In fact the main purpose of establishing a dedicated recruitment and HR deprtment in an organization is actually to recruite right people, for the right jobs and on right times, if this is not achieved the idea of HR and Recruitment departments is a total wate of time and resources.
