BAYT is losing it's old members? What is the reason behind it?

1. Bayt has no award of appreciation for its old users.

2. Most of the old users end up in failure in job hunt.

3. It is very difficult to gather points to reach highest rank set by bayt

4. They doubt that if employers are really looking for job-hunters (May be it is only claim to have them)

5. Premium pop-ups are again and again right in front of you.

 

I admit that www.bayt.com has supplied a good platform to discuss and gain much knowledge but bayt.com needs a little improvement.

 

1. www.bayt.com should announce award/Certificate of appreciation for highest rank holders (Diamond).

2. there should be status of your CV as Shortlisted/Selected that other users can also see to encourage them.

3. there should be some privileges for new users and highest rank holders.(Free test score expo).

4. There should be list of candidates on interface who have been shortlisted or selected by employers on bayt to encourage those who are tired of looking for job and are compelled to quit bayt.

 

I appreciate this question really a nice question.

One more way -- There are some short-cuts.

Just verify some  New-gen Top --  Ranked...... please try to justify their top Ranking.....you will get the answer for this..... 

Ranking need be based on prudent norms.

Every website needs feedback and bayt has millions of users yearly but i never seen any survey on bayt to get feedback from experts or its members to improve this website. i agree with Mehboob Ali point that at least they must give a certificate to experts who are on this website for many years and have diamond rank. if they can not win a job here at least they should show the certificate to get preferance from other employers. I see the upgrade sticker coming infront of me why not survey to give feedback to improve?

The problem I see is a notification problem ... 

I did not get any notifications during April ... I re-saved my notification profile, but still have the feeling that I am not getting everything I used to get ...

To many scammers posting on our comments ... these people are not weeded out ....

some of the question .... I have answered before ... some have found other employment .... or have other priorities at the moment... at times I have received so many invites that I could no longer answer all...

 

please remember if you have a family live ... members will chose the family first ... job is next ... for those which are still job hunting they go to sites with better results...

It is interesting to blog ... it is an honor to be invited to post questions, however very silly to ask50 questions in a week or two ... I have a live and so have others ... and quality questions as answers take time ... I am not for quantity more so for quality

Clever question and evenly sharp answers........................... Everybody has has a certain limit or stamina.

People get bored by answering similar questions with re replaced words.......... 

 

Even this question has already been asked quite a few times in the past......... with more or less similar comments....................  I personally getting tired of answering repeated questions (courtesy also has its limits)

 

I agreed to most of the experts here.................... BUT i still believe, if the main purpose to be here is not served, this will continue to happen and even more frequently.

I agree with the perspective given by Mr.Mehboob moreover I appreciate views expressed by Mr.Venkitaraman.it is more about yard stick devised by Bayt for allotting ranks to specialists which is irrational in a way. Think of a specialty where in you have just two or three contributors who have given one or two answers or have asked just one question they are ranked at No:1  in that specialty. For allotting ranks it should be that a specialist should  contribute  with minimum no. of answers as decided and express his/her  ability to reach other allied  specialties also.
