How can i pitch my clients in menner way?

we have to divide the main task into different modules..and each module's responsibility should be given in different teams..thus the task can solve easily,quick and less complex..

Before doing any event or conference, we access all the requirements, and properly budget and divide task to each person. And try to complete each task within that time frame. So always maintains good coordination between people, communication and overall well organized for the success of an event. Team will get into a mind set to make the event the best as possible.
