What are the major obstacles for team work in Middle Eastern countries?

As per my knowledge,

Many reason like if civil work is slow it will be a problem for MEP contractor,

If civil work is fast then it will be a problem for MEP contractor,

For MEP company always power supply problem,

For tower building lift problem,

Safety always a problem for a civil work,

For MEP Company store problem they always don't have enough space for material store,

At the finishing time False Ceiling contractor always fast they close everything,

If there is a good coordinator for each service problem can reduce not finished........
