Who is successful in field ? A person has best engineering skills ( AutoCAD , Primavera) OR a person having engineering degree and average skills ?

Without engineering degree u cannot be success, If u know each and every command in autocad and in primavera with20 years experience, u will be called a draftsman. If a person's having degree with20 years experience without autocad & primavera, he will be called Project Manager.....or manager.

They could be both successful, since the need for each of them will be different.

Knowhow of softwares can enhance your production (of drawings) capacity, presentation skills and enhance visualization. But if there is no site experience, a professional is not complete in true sense.

Person who has both field as well as engineering degree.if someone have very good experience in field but dont know the technical term which is used in industry like stress in pipe corrosion alignment etc.a person who has engineering degree he learn the things very quickly.

An Employee (A person) with good communication skills with complete knowledge of the product succeed in the field.or a Person who has the ability to convince the other party.
