The pregnant woman of course. This is life threatening. Loss of blood can lead to hypovolemic shock and endager the twins as well. Nevertheless, make sure someone has to attend to the VA patient. Unconsciousness is not a good sign, though V/S is stable.

The fact that the unconscius  patient have stable vital signs means he/ she is out of danger. As an ER nurse, we should now prioritize the bleeding pregnant women to prevent complication/ hypovolemic shock.

As an ER nurse obviously I need to attend the pregnant women first. BUT inform someone or other staff or doctor to assist the unconscious patient and let them assist the neuroVS because it is related to vehicular accident. Some pt has normal VS but only after 30-60 mins pt condition may deteriorated.
