The electronics participation and increased wiring, Sensors, Actuators depends upon variety of Modules that receives the signals, process and then send instructions, has become dominating compare to Mechanical parts. It means operation of any modules are being moderated by many software and the number of versions speaks the truth how many times upgrade takes place during a particular period.

Mostly vehicle/component/unit failures are due to the need of reprogram/improved or better programming basing the vehicle handling, vehicle behaviour and conflicts inbetween modules through CAN Bus. Faster network and its speed will support to fix the problem during driving online/onboard. Near future, certainly RECALL may be on software upgrade/update onboard than visiting workshop to fix physically.
