1. Indepth konwledge of your product.

2. End users of your product.

3. Market segmentation.

4. Target customers.

5. Cold calls/Visits ( causual / business).

6. Generate leads.

7. Convert leads into inquiries.

8. Present your quotation on his email id or personally on his table.

9. Follow up.

10. Negotiation part : It should be as per mgt decisions .

11. Leniancy and backup plan during negotiation( long term views)

12. Closure of deal. After sales/service/replacement/guarantee etc.
