In your opinion, what are the best social media monitoring tools?

There are two types of tools to monetor social media websites, the first type is the tools that comes specified for a certine socialmedia network (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest...
etc) and the other type of tools are the ones used to track what's going on online in general ( in case you were scoloring what's the word on a certine brand ) which includes social media websites, forums, blogs and pretty much everything else...
Now as a brand you can use the social network's own analytics tool to monoter what's causing heads to spin by tracking number of most shared, mosted exposed and posts with the top reach and use that to enhance the content you want to spread to get the maximum exposure.
Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest have their own analtics tools and there are plentey of other tools online that you can find but usually most of these give you limites until purchessed.
