1. When it surpass its expected limitation eg: wireless router with100 meters radius does well at150 meters also
2. Products works for at least double the warranty period and if in case breaks down within warranty period then replacement within a day or two (Mobile, laptop, CPU's etc)
3. When warranty is covered even for the cause not mentioned on warranty card (eg: water splash is covered but exceptional supported provided on request for submerged under water also)
4. Competitive pricing, Design,Color, Social Status for the brand etc
