The main objectives of a training programs are to close the gap between the current performance and the desired performance. This can be achieved by :improving current practices, developing new practices/ skills or even eliminating unproductive practices.
for example, if a particular employe lack a communication and presentation skills, the training program will improve his skills in this regard. Thus, eliminating the gap between his current performance (poor communications skills) and his desirable performance.
therefore, the more you improve your skills the closer you are to your goals.
I think we need to distinguish between our personal goals and that of the company. Often we are set goals based on the need of the company and not ourselves. General training may help us get better at our jobs by learning more about processes but I think project based learning will allow us to develop a better understanding ow how and why we do things and how I could improve on this.
It helps you if you aimed and have set the goals and if you are determined to achieve them. Thanks.
Training is to unite the goal for all the attendance, because everyone has different understanding, and so it helps in recognizing the team members abilities and passions individually then drive the them toward the training objectives.
The outcome will be based on training methodology and efficiency.
The more training understanding the more professional practices in the work.
Once we built a team on a common goals then organisational goals will be achieved effectively and efficiently, thus training play a vital role in achieving it. It can be of different level depending upon the designation of employees in the organisation. Training can of various types as well internal , external and internal departments etc to help to attain the organisational goal.
Depends on the type of goal you want to achieve. The specific goal must be stated in order to determine the type of approach to training you will adapt. The question is what type of training and what goal has been set.
