I do not need to invent something so I copied this from somewhere:"

Avenue usually implied trees on the sides, and generally wider than streets. Avenues run perpendicular to streets. Fifth Avenue in New York is perpendicular to47th Street in New York. Boulevards tended to be wide streets divided with a median.

"Regarding specific Arabic terms, I did not come across such terms in Arabic language, at least in my residence area.

Dear of All,

In Arabic I did not have a different but in English I think have you see some differences:

Boulevard = a broad often landscaped thoroughfare.

Avenue = an often broad street or road.

An avenue runs north south. Avenues and streets may be used interchangeably for directions, usually has median

A boulevard is a street with trees down the middle or on both sides

"Traditionally, an avenue is a straight road with a line of trees or large shrubs running along each side, which is used, as its French source venir ("to come") indicates, to emphasize the "coming to," or arrival at a landscape or architectural feature. ... In US and Canadian urban or suburban settings, "avenue" is often simply a street name used to differentiate some streets from others, along with "way", "road", etc

"As a type of road, a boulevard (often abbreviated Blvd) is usually a wide, multi-lane arterial thoroughfare, divided with a median down the center, and "roads" along each side designed as slow travel and parking lanes and for bicycle and pedestrian usage, often with an above-average quality of landscaping and scenery."

An avenue is traditionally a straight road with a line of trees or shrubs running along each side, which emphasize arrival at a landscape or architectural feature. A boulevard is usually a widened, multi-lane arterial street with a median and landscaping between the curbs and sidewalks on either side.
