THE PERCENT THAT MUST BE INCREASED TO THE DIRECT COST FOR RISK IS a ratio from the direct cost and it is estimated as a part of the risk assessment after completing the quantitative risk assessment so the ratio in between (0 :25% ) of the Direct Cost & for Normal projects it dos not exceed12% of the Direct Costs
