What is more important, hard working, smart working or both?

i think smart working.becasue when  you are smart then u can do hard working in good way..

I mean sometimes you have a lot of things to do and you need to work hard in order to achieve your aims, on the other hand, some cases need the smart working in order to achieve the same aims that you can achieve by hard working.

When you have accomplishment people said because of your hard work and work very smart. Both!

I still remember those moments...... The day you go on work without a smile, the success looks bitter and the day you go with a smile, even failure seems to be a coach.
