Best solution to overcome Load shedding? renewable? solar wind or small hydro?

There is no 'Single' best solution to remove load shedding in the developing world. Also production of electricity is not just the sole problem of load shedding. Distribution network plays a big role in it as well. Also solutions like solar or wind depends on the potential of each sources. If you are in a city wind might not be the best solution because of the sky scrappers. In countries with relatively low amount of day light hours solar might be an extravagance.

Best way to deal with it IF renewable is the only thing which you are pondering is a hybrid system. Say biofuel reactor hybridized with solar and supplemented ultimately by grid.
