Do you think that female secretaries are more capable of handling work pressure than their male peers?

Sure I believe in that . you are capable than men

It depends on male or female that how much work pressure he / she can handle and they can only do this if they have relevant training or have much experience of working under pressure

yes..... i do think they are better in secretary & administrative work. 

Thank you for your invite. In my opinion anyone who is competent to perform the duties of a secretary is suitable for the role. Generally females prefer to take graduation in this specialization therefore we find more females performing secretary role. I do not think there is any special reason that their gender helps them perform better professionally than their male peers.
